Jen Piacenti

Jen Piacenti grew up in Longwood, Florida and attended Seminole County schools during her childhood years. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Computer Information Science in 2003. While working as an engineer for a Fortune 500 company, she went back to the University of Florida and received a MBA in 2006. She began Real Estate sales at Keller Williams in 2009 and received the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in 2010. After obtaining her Real Estate Broker license in 2012, she founded Centi Realty, Inc. She is an active member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, The Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Jen married her husband Pete in 2009, and they have two young daughters, Gianna and Mia. In her free time, she loves to do family activities in Orlando, travel, cheer for the Gators, and exercise. Jen is also a key volunteer and board member for Give Hope Foundation, a volunteer-only organization that raises money to help families in Orlando battling childhood cancer.

Joe Capelli

Joey Capelli moved to Longwood, FL when he was 5 years old. He graduated from University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. In addition to Real Estate, Joey is also a property manager for Flatrate Property Management (www.flatratepropertymanagement.com).

In his free time, Joey enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and fishing. He has a young daughter, Christina.
